Registration 2011

Newport Torpedoes Swim Team is conducting team registration.  We must receive all of your completed forms along with payment in full prior to the swimmer being allowed in the pool.  This will be "strictly" enforced. 

Walk Up Registration will be held April 2nd, 2011, at the Newport Swimming Pool Area from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Registration will continue through the first few weeks of April and swimmers can be registered at the pool prior to practice.

Each family will be required to pay a registration processing fee. This is a non-refundable fee of $25 charged at the family level regardless of the number of children swimming.

Each family is required to pay a $100.00 Family Participation Deposit at registration (on a separate check please).  When (6) volunteer shifts have been completed, the $100.00 deposit will be returned. For more information, please read the Family Participation Deposit Letter (link below).

Family membership is a follows:

            REGISTRATION:                                           $75.00 for the first swimmer
                                                                                    $50.00 for the second swimmer
                                                                                    $40.00 for the third swimmer
                                                                                    No Charge for additional swimmers over 3 (per family) 

NO CHILD WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE POOL UNTIL ALL FORMS HAVE BEEN COMPLETED AND PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED IN FULL.  THE FINAL DATE FOR RECEIVING PAYMENT IS MONDAY, May 2nd, 2011.
